Personal Brand/PR Manager

Aimprosoft is seeking a talented Personal Brand/PR Manager with experience in social media, online communications, and content creation (texts, videos, etc.).

  • Ability to write about the strategic role of technology and IT services for businesses - and understand the pain points, psychology and conflicting priorities of IT decision-makers.  
  • Superpower to translate current tech and other trends into engaging content that captures the interest of our audience.
  • Creative thinking and proven experience in creating content for LinkedIn and Twitter/X platforms.
  • A proven track record in producing engaging content highly relevant to the target audience.
  • A collaborative team player who is enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and keeping colleagues up to date on the latest social media trends.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools to gauge content success and make data-driven decisions.
  • You are a rising star with a learning mindset, a can-do attitude, and a proactive approach. Your potential outweighs your experience, and you are brimming with ideas and enthusiasm.

What you’ll be doing at Aimprosoft:

  • Develop and implement effective personal brand development strategies for executives with a focus on B2B audiences on LinkedIn and Twitter/X.
  • Ensure stable and consistent production of high-quality social media content that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Take responsibility for the entire content creation flow (from idea to publication/assessment) for different social media profiles to drive personal branding and grow audiences. 
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of social media updates, business news, and viral trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media content is on-brand and contributes to our overall marketing strategy.
